General sales terms and conditionsSEGEC SRL, European exclusive distributor for Neato products online sales, hereinafter called Neato Europe Online, with seat in Via Fiaccadori 21/H, 46030 Virgilio (Mantova), duly registered at the Chamber of Commerce List of Societies in Mantova ( Italy - n. 3202/1998) is the sole and exclusive licensee for the use of the domain www.neatoeurope.com
The domain belongs to the legitimate proprietor, Fellows Inc. Photographs, images, texts, and anything else related to belong to the legitimate proprietor SEGEC SRL, Fellows Inc. and/or affiliates.
All prices quoted for the articles exposed on Neato Europe Online are V.A.T. excluded. The Italian V.A.T. rate shall be applied (currently fixed at 20%) in accordance to the typology of the sale (national, community, or extra-community).
All articles exhibited in the store Neato Europe Online may be purchased under the following conditions: PrivacyAll personal information gathered through registration and sales procedures, shall be treated in accordance to Italian Law n. 196/03 for the right to the privacy.
Such information will NEVER be used for different purposes, or ceased to third parties, for whatsoever commercial, legal, financial or other activities. The only exception shall be the obligations foreseen by law for administrative and accounting purposes.
The information shall however be forwarded to the shipping company for delivery purposes of the orders placed and/or for information or communications relative to the orders commissioned.
The company responsible for the treatment of personal information is SEGEC SRL - Via Fiaccadori 21/H - 46030 Cerese di Virgilio (Mantova), in the person of Ms. Gea Volpin Tasselli. User registrationThe registration of the user is necessary for the execution of the order.
Upon registration, your personal data will be memorized and each time the LOGIN will be processed, the system will recognize and remember your information (only names and addresses), without having to input these details every time access is required.
The client who registers as a user, will have to supply personal information (name, last name, address, eventual ship to address, e-mail), and may choose the option to be subscribed to the News Letter (the News Letter will not have a regular due date and will not, in any case, exceed 15 -fifteen- messages per year).
The subscription to the News Letter is optional and the cancellation to this service may be required at any time, by sending an e-mail message to the contact address supplied upon registration by the user.
The registered user who subscribes to the News Letter service will receive information and codes regarding the various offers proposed.
Upon registration, the user shall input an e-mail address (which shall become the USER) and it may input a password of own choice.
Once the registration procedure is completed, the client will receive an e-mail, with the indication of a link where the confirmation for adhesion has to be clicked.
In case the user forgets the password, it may be easily requested and the lost password will be sent to the e-mail address indicated on the registration form. The cartThe cart allows to immediately verify the products selected, with the taxable unit cost, the enhanced V.A.T. cost, the carriage costs, and the total of the purchase. It is possible to decide the quantity to purchase for each type of product, or to eliminate from the cart one or more products that may no longer be needed.
A series of keys allow to: - Update the cart after having cancelled or changed the quantities.
- Empty out completely the cart from all products enclosed.
- Going back to the Neato Europe Online home page.
Once the desired products have been put into the cart, it is possible to execute the effective purchase and to choose the type of payment.
Before the transaction is completed, a few data will be required for the necessary identification of the client. It will also be possible to input information of a different consignee for the delivery.
The registered user will be able to immediately access the site and order, by clicking only once on the LOGIN key.
The Discount CouponsIn the shopping cart there is Coupon Area, in which the customer will have to digit a discount code in his/her possession and, by clicking on the Update button, will be able to obtain different discounts according to the typology of the coupon (15 %, or 20% discount etc..).
The coupons are distributed in our News Letter to all the customers that will accept the subscription of the News Letter, or they will be given through direct communications to the customers at our sole discretion.
The only way to use a discount coupon is that above described; Neato Europe does not assume any responsibility in the case that the orders are invoiced and shipped without coupon, if the customer has not used any coupon during the ordering procedure. Conditions of paymentNeato Europe Online allows two different types of payment: through credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Diners Club), or cash on delivery (for Italy only). The Visa Electron credit card is not accepted for Internet payments.
If the choice for payment is cash on delivery, it will be necessary to click under the option Cash on Delivery when filling the order form, and the order will undergo execution without further passages.
In case payment is required through credit cards, you will automatically be transferred to the Banca Sella server, and the last action for the online purchase will be carried out by filling an additional form. It will be necessary to fill in the name, the credit card number, and the information relative to the expiration date (may we remind you that you will be connected to the Banca Sella server, and therefore, we will not be able to see this information. The data will be handled directly to guarantee maximum security during the transaction).
Once the payment procedures are completed, an order confirmation will generate and will be sent via electronic mail, assigning a specific client's order number which shall be used for any further information with Neato Europe Online (obviously in relation with the specific order).
The credit card shall be charged only upon the effective shipment of the merchandise. If the choice is through cash on delivery, it shall be paid directly to the express courier in cash or with a check in favour of SEGEC SRL Credit card securityTo guarantee maximum security for payments, Neato Europe Online will send you automatically to a safe page (SSL) of the Banca Sella Internet Site.
In this page, you may input your credit card information (owner, number, and expiration date) in a totally secure manner. The information is stored directly in the bank's server, offering maximum guarantee and security.
No one, not even Neato Europe Online, will be acknowledged about the codes of the credit cards used by the clients. The code is being used exclusively for payment transactions; if the payment is valid, the confirmation is immediate and Neato Europe Online will receive from Banca Sella only the receipt with a confirmation number indicating the authorization. There will be no trace of the credit card code number in any file.
To verify if the operation is being executed under protection, the following controls are available: - You may receive an advisory message from your navigation programme.
- You may check that the page address you are using is preceeded by an Https sign.
- You may check the symbol indicated at the bottom, left or right, of the window in your navigation programme: if a key or a closed lock appears, it means that the SSL is active.
Carriage chargesIn your cart, you will be able to visualize the total weight that shall determine the carriage charges which will be calculated in the final phase of the order.
For each order, you will receive the merchandise directly with the invoice.
Your orders will be executed the next working day following the commission of the order. In case goods commissioned were not momentarily available, you shall be immediately informed. You shall receive the merchandise within working times and methods through our various couriers (see Terms of delivery of the merchandise).
For deliveries to European territories, the time lapse may vary in accordance to the service used (UPS - Air shipment in 1-2 working days, GLS - Truck Shipment in 4-6 working days, UPS - Truck Shipment in 2-4 working days, Registered Mail 10-16 working days in EU nations).
Either way, the delivery periods indicated as terms of delivery cannot be considered committed with Neato Europe Online.
All our shipments are "delivered duty unpaid" (DDU), at customer's address, excluding taxes, local custom taxes and duties, local VAT as commercially in use in the European Community.
Therefore, our deliveries include the cost of the goods, eventual export taxes, shipment expenses and eventual transit expenses.
Added costs such as customs duties, local import taxes, local Vat and/or other accessories are charged to the adressee as Italian companies cannot correspond foreign taxes.
Neato Europe reserves itself the right to vary the shipping method chosen by the customer if among those offered there is a more advantageous alternative at equal cost cost/value. The customer will be duly informed of this change by email on the day of shipment.
It will be possible to follow your order status by clicking on the key Order Status and by inputting your order number, confirmed by e-mail.Order acceptance/contract conclusionThe purchase of your order will be concluded through the following phases: - By sending the order, the client transmits the purchase to Neato Europe Online for the product or products selected. Sending the purchase involves the consent (as per Italian Decree of art. 10 n. 185/1999) to receive successive information from Neato Europe Online hereinafter mentioned, which are finalized exclusively to the conclusion and the execution of the sales contract.
- Neato Europe Online confirms with an e-mail message the reception of the order sent by the client, by assigning a ''Client Order Confirmation Number'', which shall be referred to for any further information with Neato Europe Online.
- The orders shall be executed the next working day following the reception of the purchase.
- The execution of the order shall be fulfilled in accordance to the sales conditions established by art. 4 of the Italian Decree n. 185/1999.
- Neato Europe Online will then provide to consign the requested merchandise to the courier selected and encharged of the delivery at the address indicated on the order form. The payment by the client shall take place through the option chosen on-line in the order form.
Terms of delivery of the merchandiseOnce the order has been received, it will be shipped through the selected courier, to the address indicated on the order form.
The usual delivery terms, for the Italian territory, foresee consignment in 1-2 working days from date of shipment (week-ends and holidays excluded). If the delivery were to take place to Italian islands, a further period of 24/48 hours must be considered in addition to the standard delivery terms.

Upon consignment of the goods by the courier, may we suggest you to thoroughly check: - The number of the boxes delivered corresponds to what has been indicated on the consignment note.
- The boxes are completely closed and entire, not wet, tampered with, or else.
Eventual damages or the lack of corresponding boxes with the delivery documents or indications, must be immediately contested to the courier who provided to the consignment.
If necessary, you may promptly contact an operator of Neato Europe Online ( +39 0376 282939) who shall provide to assist you with all necessary instructions. All transport charges are to the client's account, which are clearly indicated on the order form. Right to recedeIn accordance to art. 5 of the Italian Decree 185/1999, if the client is a consumer (a private entity who is buying the merchandise for purposes other than its own professional activity, that is, who is buying without the indication of a V.A.T. number on the Neato Europe Online order form), he or she has the right to recede from the sales contract for any reason, without the necessity to give explanations and without penalties. To exercise such right, the client will have to send to Neato Europe Online a written notice in this sense, within and no later than 10 working days from the date of reception of the merchandise. 46030 Virgilio (MN) ITALIA or through telegram or fax, always within the aforementioned term of 10 days, and followed within and no later than 48 hours by a written confirmation sent by registered mail with return receipt.
Once the above mentioned communication to recede has been received by us, the Neato Europe Online customer service will promptly provide to inform the client all instructions and procedures relative to the return of the merchandise. As an only cost, the client will have to sustain the return transportation charges of the goods to Neato Europe Online. The merchandise will have to be returned undamaged and entire, in its original packaging, and complete in all its parts (included eventual documents and optional accessories: software, etc.). Upon arrival into our warehouse, the merchandise shall be throughly checked and, if damages are present or the goods have been tampered with, the right to recede cannot be exercised. The right to recede is excluded (as per art. 5, comma 3, lett. D) for the sealed software items (including the ones enclosed as consumption material) once they have been opened.

It shall be the client's obligation to promptly supply to Neato Europe Online the bank's coordinates (in Italy ABI - CAB and account number; in Europe Swift Bank Code and account number) in order to obtain the reimbursement of the amount.WarrantiesAll products sold by Neato Europe Online are accompanied by the official warranty of the producer (www.neato.com). To exercise the warranty, the client shall keep in records the invoice or the delivery note that is consigned with the products purchased. ClaimsAll eventual claims shall be addressed to Neato Europe Online, distributed by SEGEC SRL Via Prezzolini 7 - 46030 Cerese di Virgilio (Mantova) - Italy. Competent courtThe sales contract between the client and Neato Europe Online is intended as stipulated and concluded in Italy, regulated by the Italian Law, and competent court is the Court of Mantova.
